At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the mobility and transport sector, with a solid track record and national presence, which is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to reinforce its People team in Sant Cugat.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for managing selection processes from start to finish for different areas of the company, contributing to attracting and incorporating the best talent for the business.

• Manage end-to-end selection processes for operational, technical, and corporate positions.
• Hold meetings with managers to define needs and profiles.
• Post job offers and develop search strategies across different recruitment channels.
• Perform CV screening, interviews, and presentation of candidates.
• Coordinate the selection process with department heads.
• Guarantee an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Perform monitoring and analysis of selection indicators.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects within the People area.

What we're looking for

• University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing selection processes in an end-to-end manner.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with high hiring volumes.
• Organized, proactive person with excellent communication skills.
• Orientation toward internal customers and results.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in recruitment consultancy, headhunting, or temporary staffing agencies is valued.
