As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner in building high-performing teams, ensuring every candidate and hiring manager experience reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for various roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, referral networks, and creative strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and professional experience for all candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Talent Acquisition Team Collaboration: Participates in brainstorming activities with the Talent Acquisition team which are centered around strategic improvements that create efficiencies and market reach.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives.
- Applicant Tracking System Management: Proficiently manages and leverages the Applicant Tracking System to streamline the recruitment process while ensuring accuracy in data entry and utilizing its functionality to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Compliance: Maintain adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the hiring process.

- In-depth knowledge of Renaissance Financials’ history, mission, and goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in such things as composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Internal motivation and drive to exceed hiring metric expectations and a candidate’s experience with Renaissance Financial.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Education, Training & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
