Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and support us across both recruitment and broader People initiatives. Gross monthly salary range for this role is EUR 2300-2500. ++++Does This Sound Like You?++++ 1–3 years of experience in recruitment in tech roles, talent acquisition or a similar HR role. A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership – you see what needs to be done and follow things through. Good judgment and the ability to prioritize when several things are happening at once. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Good communication skills and confidence working with both candidates and leaders. Curiosity and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent written and spoken English and Estonian.
