We are looking for an experienced recruiter to source, screen, and onboard independent creators and models for premium content collaborations.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage talented creators through social platforms, communities, and referrals
Conduct confidential screening and qualification calls
Build long-term relationships with content creators
Manage talent pipeline and onboarding process
Collaborate with production team on project matching
Requirements:
Solid experience in talent scouting, influencer recruitment, or model management
Strong network and sourcing skills (Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
Professional, discreet, and highly organized
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with maturity and confidentiality
Self-starter who works well remotely
