Talent Acquisition Specialist

*We are seeking qualified applicants from Sussex County as well as throughout Northern New Jersey, including Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic counties.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Northern NJ area of the NY Metro market. In this role, you will play a key part in driving hiring efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers and local leadership to build high-performing teams that support our continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results. What You'll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of field and office roles, ensuring alignment with both role requirements and company culture
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process—from writing job descriptions to extending offers
  • Build strong talent pipelines through hiring events and proactive networking
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and transparency
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless handoff to local teams

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment—experience in skilled trades or service industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (iCIMS experience preferred)

Compensation:

  • $20.00–$25.00 per hour, plus bonus opportunities
