因應公司階段性擴編需求，我們正在尋找具備 Supply Chain 或科技產業招募經驗的 Talent Acquisition Specialist，協助推動為期 6 個月的招募專案。
在這個職位中，你將實際參與人才搜尋、履歷篩選、面試評估及新人報到，並與 Hiring Manager 密切合作，推動招募進度，累積具體的擴編成果。

【主要工作職責｜KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】
1. Source and approach qualified candidates through 104, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
透過 104、LinkedIn 等管道主動搜尋並聯繫合適候選人。
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
依職缺需求篩選履歷，確認基本資格並推薦適合人選。
3. Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates, and check basic English communication skills through simple conversations.
進行初步面試與候選人評估，並透過簡單英文對談了解其基本英文溝通能力，提出人選建議。
4. Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and follow up on interview feedback.
安排面試、與候選人保持聯繫，並追蹤面試回饋與後續進度。
5. Work with Hiring Managers to clarify hiring needs and update recruitment progress.
與 Hiring Manager 確認招募需求，持續更新職缺進度與候選人狀態。
6. Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and progress reports.
維護候選人資料、招募紀錄及進度報表，確保資訊正確完整。
7. Track key recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Fill, and recommend improvements to sourcing and recruitment efficiency.
追蹤主要招募指標（如 Time-to-Fill），並提出人才搜尋及招募效率的改善建議。
8. Support new-hire onboarding arrangements, including joining documents, start dates, and first-day coordination.
協助新人報到安置，包括報到資料確認、到職日期安排，以及與 HR 和用人部門銜接報到事宜。

【任職條件｜REQUIREMENTS】
1. 具備 2 年以上招募經驗。
2. 具有實際履歷篩選、候選人面試及人才評估經驗。
3. 熟悉 104、LinkedIn 等招募管道，能主動搜尋並接觸人才。
4. 具備良好溝通與組織能力，能獨立追蹤多個職缺與招募進度。

【LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS】

• Able to communicate effectively in English with international colleagues on routine work-related matters, including

asking questions, discussing tasks, and understanding responses.

• Fluency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required, as Chinese is the main working language.

【加分條件｜PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS】

• 具備 Supply Chain、電子零組件、半導體或科技產業相關職位的招募經驗者尤佳。
• 曾任企業內部 Recruiter 或 Headhunter。
• 熟悉 ATS 系統，或具跨國團隊招募合作經驗。
