We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Cycle Healthcare Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to interview coordination, offer acceptance, and post-placement follow-up.

The successful candidate will have proven experience recruiting within the healthcare industry and will be confident sourcing high-quality professionals through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

This role requires a highly organised, proactive, and relationship-focused recruiter who can manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering an excellent experience to both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to offer acceptance and placement.
  • Source qualified healthcare professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review applications and identify candidates who meet the required skills and experience.
  • Conduct telephone and virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified and suitable candidates to hiring managers and clients.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment database.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring recruitment timelines and priorities are met.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Build strong professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
  • Monitor post-placement success and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving candidate retention.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, documentation, and activity records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate-assessment skills.
  • Experience managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer acceptance.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
