About the Role

Sisi HR is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for the company and its clients while supporting client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from job briefing and candidate sourcing to placement.
• Develop sourcing strategies, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Work with clients to clarify hiring needs and recruitment expectations.
• Maintain candidate databases and communicate with clients and applicants throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics, placement rates, and hiring timelines.
• Identify prospective clients and promote recruitment and HR consulting services.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or HR consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.
