Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will own full-cycle recruiting for multiple teams, build candidate pipelines, and present offers. You will partner with hiring managers, use market data to improve sourcing, screen technical candidates, guide candidates through interviews, and build candidate relationships throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various teams.
• Execute sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and present offers to candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to determine hiring needs and priorities.
• Use market and industry knowledge to analyze metrics and optimize search and outreach strategies.
• Lead recruiting efforts and conduct phone screens for technical positions.
• Guide candidates through the interview process.
• Serve as the primary contact and build candidate relationships throughout the interview process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Focus on delivering business results.
