About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading international industrial group specializing in the aluminum sector. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized Engineering, Technical, and Senior Management positions.
- Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting, and specialized databases.
- Conduct screening, preliminary assessments, and candidate negotiations within designated budget parameters.
- Prepare and monitor key recruitment reports and KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Pipeline Status).
- Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as needed.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven background recruiting for Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, or Recruitment/Manpower Outsourcing environments.
- Track record of recruiting both engineering/technical roles and corporate/senior management roles.
- Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment metrics, ATS software, and reporting tools
