We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead front-end recruiting, sourcing, and pipeline development across the agency. This individual contributor role will partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce priorities, develop targeted sourcing strategies, screen and qualify candidates, and build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future needs.

What You Will Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Own and manage recruitment intake strategies that align hiring priorities with Thompson’s workforce needs.
- Create compelling, high-quality job postings that accurately communicate position requirements and the Thompson employer brand.
- Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, Handshake, community outreach, direct sourcing, and relationship-building.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on position requirements, organizational culture, and hiring manager expectations.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Lead specialized recruiting efforts for leadership, priority, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles and future workforce needs.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with colleges, universities, community organizations, and workforce development programs.
- Monitor recruitment market trends and recommend sourcing approaches that improve candidate quality and talent visibility.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
