Job Role:

· Technical IT AND Non-Technical Recruitment

· Recruitment for our in-house Technical (IT/EC) and Non-Technical requirements of Domestic staff at Pan India locations as per the timelines

· Sourcing and screening resumes, Head hunting

· Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

· Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

· liaising with interviewers and following up on the interview process status

· Engaging with shortlisted and prospective candidates

· Keeping the selected candidates warm till Joining

· Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and solicit referrals

· Maintain database and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Requirements

Required Skills:

· Any Bachelor's / Master's (Bachelor's or Master's in computers or electronics is preferable)

· Experience in corporate In-House recruitment will be an added advantage

· Relevant experience of at least 3 years in Domestic IT and Non-IT recruiting at all levels from junior executive to senior level positions.

· Strong exposure to various hiring platforms such as Naukri; linkedin; indeed; hirist; hirect; Apna and other free portals too.

· Excellent Communication Skills, good command of the English language.
