Lead the Team. Build the Talent Pipeline. Drive Construction & Engineering Hiring.

If you know how to find great people in industries where the right talent can be hard to find, and you're ready to lead recruiters while staying hands-on with hiring, this could be your next move.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Construction & Engineering to lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while continuing to manage your own recruitment slate.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on construction and engineering recruitment, where you'll balance people leadership, end-to-end recruitment, client management, and recruitment quality. You'll work closely with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand technical requirements, build targeted talent pipelines, and ensure the right candidates move through the recruitment process effectively.

You won't be stepping away from recruitment. You'll continue managing complex and specialised searches while setting the standard for how your team approaches sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and hiring delivery.

As Team Lead, you'll also serve as a key escalation point for difficult searches, candidate concerns, client challenges, and complex hiring decisions. You'll help recruiters navigate hard-to-fill technical roles, strengthen their recruitment strategies, and identify opportunities to improve pipeline quality.

A big part of the role is developing recruitment capability. You'll coach Talent Acquisition Partners and Senior/Principal Talent Acquisition Partners, review candidate assessments and shortlists, identify development gaps, and help your team become stronger recruiters and trusted hiring partners.

You'll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure the team delivers against recruitment targets, follows Staff Domain's recruitment methodology, and provides a strong experience for both clients and candidates.

This role also comes with a commission structure that rewards recruitment performance and impact.

If you're ready to lead a recruitment team while remaining close to the market, the candidates, and the hiring process, we'd love to meet you.
