Job Description:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to the software industry's needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and Mentor the TA Team: Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
- Utilize Recruitment Tools and Platforms: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and other digital platforms to source and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Monitor and Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Track key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to assess and improve recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand to attract potential candidates by highlighting organizational culture, values, and career opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is often preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Leadership role overseeing recruitment teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development roles and the technical skills required, enabling effective candidate evaluation.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop recruitment teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to new recruitment trends and technologies.
