Join a strategic Human Resources team focused on talent attraction and workforce development within a prominent healthcare organisation. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that the organisation and its affiliated entities have access to the skilled professionals needed to deliver quality healthcare services.

You will develop and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies, and processes that incorporate industry best practices while responding to the organisation's evolving workforce needs. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will drive innovative recruitment initiatives to broaden and diversify the healthcare talent pool and strengthen the organisation's long-term talent pipeline.

You will also prepare regular recruitment reports and provide meaningful insights to senior management and stakeholders, translating recruitment data and market trends into actionable recommendations that enhance overall talent attraction efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of recruitment initiatives to attract and secure qualified healthcare professionals across key clinical disciplines.
  • Partner with senior business and clinical stakeholders, as well as institutional HR teams, to understand workforce requirements and develop appropriate recruitment solutions.
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring requirements and longer-term workforce needs.
  • Develop, review, and enhance recruitment strategies, policies, processes, and practices to ensure they remain effective and aligned with evolving workforce requirements.
  • Identify and implement innovative talent attraction initiatives to broaden and diversify available candidate pools.
  • Explore new sourcing channels and recruitment approaches to strengthen the organisation's ability to attract healthcare talent.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and prepare regular reports, analyses, and workforce insights for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Translate recruitment data and market insights into practical recommendations to improve talent attraction strategies and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or talent acquisition, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or people management capacity.
  • Previous experience recruiting within the healthcare sector or managing healthcare talent acquisition portfolios will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence stakeholders across different teams and organisations.
  • A resourceful and self-directed individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
