This is an internal position to work on Strider's team.
Provide dedicated support to candidates using the platform, ensuring they have the best possible experience
Work between Strider's client companies and candidates, assessing candidates' fit for each role, identifying those who meet the must-haves, and selecting the most relevant candidates for each position
Communicate with candidates to guarantee that their profiles are accurate, complete, and up to date
Train and guide candidates to increase their chances of success, from optimizing their profiles to conducting mock interviews that prepare them for real opportunities
Adopt a proactive and strategic approach to consistently deliver the most qualified candidates quickly, meeting and exceeding client demands

2+ years of recruitment, HR, or related experience
Experience recruiting for IT positions
Experience assessing candidate skills to ensure accurate role alignment
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Adaptability to quickly respond to shifting priorities and unexpected challenges
Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
