Help bring the Hannah St Hotel culture to life through meaningful team experiences and initiatives.
About you
You’re a contemporary HR professional who understands that great culture isn’t created through policy alone. It comes from authentic leadership, meaningful experiences and the everyday interactions people have at work.
You’ll ideally bring:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business, Psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
Previous experience in a Talent & Culture, Human Resources or People & Culture role.
Strong generalist HR capability across recruitment, employee relations, performance, engagement and development.
