Talent Management AssociateWe are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore.
Key Accountabilities
Creative Media and Design across TM initiatives: produce video hiHigh-quality, on-brand creative outputs delivered on time (videos, animations, designs, SharePoint pages, collaterals) with positive stakeholder feedback and engagement.
Program Management & Facilitation: lead and coordinate orientatioPrograms and events executed on schedule and within scope, achieving target attendance and satisfaction metrics; clear stakeholder communication and smooth logistics.
Coordinate L&D under MODEC Academy: plan and execute end-to-end iSuccessful MODEC Academy launch and sustained delivery of training; sessions run smoothly with strong participation, completion rates, and alignment to priorities.
Additional responsibilities: support day-to-day team matters, addResponsive, reliable team support; timely query resolution; improved operational efficiency and adaptability to ad-hoc needs
