Talent Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead organisation-wide learning needs analysis and develop training strategies aligned with functional, leadership and organisational competencies.
• Drive upskilling initiatives, focusing on digital capabilities, Generative AI adoption and continuous learning, while overseeing LMS development and learning content.
• Oversee performance management frameworks, including appraisal processes, performance calibration and continuous improvements to ensure consistency and fairness.
• Strengthen Individual Development Plans (IDPs), support high-potential talent development and manage scholarship programmes to build future organisational capabilities.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Management and Industrial Relations teams to align learning and performance initiatives, while managing external training providers and HR committee activities.
• Lead and develop the team, driving effective programme delivery, process improvements and strong governance across learning and performance management functions.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR
• Minimum 8 years of L&D experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, with expertise in competency-based learning frameworks, LMS management and performance management processes.
• Strong knowledge of performance calibration, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), high-potential talent development and succession planning, with an interest in digital transformation and Generative AI.
• Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, lead teams and drive people development initiatives. Experience in scholarship programmes and HR governance would be advantageous.
