Talent Management & Organizational Development Manager and HR Business Partner | AUMOVIO Korea (1 year Contract)

1. Learning & Development

• Organize learning and development programs, including training coordination and administration
• Manage training logistics, registrations, schedules, and learning records
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders
• Supports identification of training needs in partnership with business leaders and department managers
• Assists in the implementation and administration of training and development programs.
• Maintains training records and ensures data accuracy
• Assists with employee development and upskilling initiatives

2. Talent Management

• Supports managers and employees in performance management and talent review processes
• Provides guidance regarding performance documentation, performance improvement processes, and employee development planning
• Supports employee development programs and career growth discussions
• Partners with leaders to ensure consistent application of performance management processes

3. HR Business Partner

• Facilitate both short- and long-term HR strategies for internal clients within the assigned area, aligned with corporate policies on people, organizational development, and talent management
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters; act as the key contact point and promote the full HR services portfolio
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (CoE) to ensure effective delivery of HR services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers to anticipate current and future staffing needs; develop and monitor recruitment plans aligned with headcount planning and business requirements
• Assists leaders in addressing employee relations, performance, staffing, and employee engagement matters

• Bachelor’s Degree
• More than 3 years in the area of HR or related area
• Working experience at international company or automotive industry is preferred
• Full proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint Preferably
• Strong communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English and Korean
