About the role:

Sixteenth is looking for a Talent Manger/Senior Talent Manager to represent and grow a roster of Creators. In this role, you will help shape the professional brand and commercial strategy of your assigned talent, identifying opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and securing partnerships that drive meaningful growth for both creators and brands.

You’ll play a key role in expanding commercial opportunities for your roster while helping strengthen Sixteenth’s position within the creator economy. This role is an exciting opportunity to join the home of “good influence” and one of the world’s leading global, 360° Creator talent management companies.

What your day might look like:

  • Managing and growing a roster of creators, helping guide their commercial strategy and identifying partnerships that align with their voice, audience, and long-term ambitions.
  • Identifying, pitching, and negotiating brand partnerships that drive revenue while creating meaningful collaborations between creators and brands.
  • Building strong relationships across brands, agencies, and partners within your vertical to unlock new opportunities for your talent.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to your creators—supporting them with career development, brand positioning, and commercial growth.
  • Working alongside the Talent Director to expand your roster by identifying emerging creators with strong cultural relevance and commercial potential.
  • Leading negotiations and overseeing the successful delivery of campaigns and partnerships from pitch through execution.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members, potentially managing a Talent Associate responsible for campaign execution and helping develop a Talent Manager.
  • Contributing to the broader talent team by supporting training, team structure, and overall roster growth across the division.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Experience working in talent management or a related field such as influencer partnerships, digital advertising, PR, or creator marketing.
  • A strong understanding of the creator economy and how creators, platforms, brands, and audiences connect.
  • A commercially driven mindset, with a track record of generating new business and securing partnerships.
  • The ability to balance business instincts with creativity—spotting opportunities that make sense strategically and culturally.
  • A strong passion for the creator landscape and curiosity about how platforms and creator-led media continue to evolve.
  • Someone who is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is coachable, open to feedback, and always looking to improve.
  • Humility and a “no task is too small” mindset when supporting creators and the broader team.
  • Some experience leading or mentoring others, with an interest in helping develop junior team members.
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and growing a strong professional network.
