Talent Manager, Technology, Product & Operations
Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Talent Manager, Technology, Product & Operations for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank!
THE ROLE
The best companies are built by the people who imagine them, design them, and write the code beneath them. As Talent Manager for Technology, Product & Operations, those people are yours to find. You own hiring end to end across engineering, product, and the teams around them, competing for talent the whole market wants and giving each one a reason to believe before they've written a single line of code.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle hiring across engineering, product, design, AI, and data, from first conversation to signed offer
- Source proactively in a market where the best are never looking, building relationships long before they move
- Assess for capability and for belonging in equal measure, through a structured, evidence-based process
- Partner with technology and product leaders as a genuine advisor
- Hold living pipelines for critical and emerging technical roles, so the hardest hires start from strength
- Protect every candidate’s experience of the digital bank', so even those you don’t hire leave believing in it
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Within your first year, you'll have:
- Filled the roles that matter, on time and to the standard the digital bank's launch demands
- Built living pipelines for the critical and emerging technical roles, so the next hard hire is already in motion
- Made the digital bank a name the best builders in Egypt’s technology community want to be part of
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Several years of running full-cycle recruitment for technology, product, or engineering talent in fast-moving organizations
- A proven ability to find and win candidates in a market where everyone is chasing the same people
- Enough fluency in how technology teams work to earn the trust of the leaders you hire for
- A structured, evidence-based way of assessing talent, and the discipline to back a decision with more than instinct
- Banking experience isn’t required; we’d welcome you from tech, fintech or a startup
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU
- You’d rather build the hiring engine than inherit one
- You believe in what you’re building, and it shows
- You treat every candidate as the digital bank's reputation, because to them, you are the digital bank
- You want to build the bank the whole category ends up named after
