As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are building a talent pool of teacher professionals who are passionate about education and excited by the possibilities of digital learning. We work mostly on BCom, Accounting, Financial Sciences and Law degrees.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking teaching professionals who bring a strong combination of teaching expertise, subject knowledge, digital confidence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Successful candidates are likely to have:

Minimum requirements

  • Commerce-related Bachelor's degree.
  • Teaching Diploma, PGCE, BEd, or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience in a secondary school environment.
  • Confidence using technology to support teaching and learning.
  • Professional work-from-home setup including reliable connectivity and a dedicated workspace.

Preferred experience

  • Experience teaching Commerce, Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, Mathematical Literacy, or related subjects.
  • Exposure to online, blended, or technology-enhanced learning.
  • Experience facilitating learner engagement.
