The Operations Manager is in charge of ensuring the proper functioning of Daily Operations in the LCC, managing and coordinating the roles of personnel, systems and operations.

How you create impact

· Supervise the work of the logistics Team Leaders in a multi-client shared services environment.

· Resolve problems related to transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports and customer issues.

· Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics operations with business systems or processes, such as purchasing, business management, finance, continuous improvement, etc.

· Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation and training records related to managed customers and direct employees.

· Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as transportation and warehouse activities, process adherence, logistics performance and quality.

· Supervise staff to ensure compliance with optimal transportation modes, routes, equipment and frequencies

· Have knowledge of efficiency and productivity programs (such as 4DX) and be able to lead efforts in cost and process improvements using prescriptive methods.

What we would like you to bring

· Bachelors University degree in International Business or related careers.

· Desirable Supply Chain, Logistics or International Trade Specialization degree.

· 5–8+ years minimum in logistics / supply chain.

· General knowledge of other KN business units (Contract Logistics, Air, Sea, Road).

· Ability to engage in professional communication with clients and internal management resources.

· Experience in different client verticals.

· Spanish and English skills advanced-fluent.
