Talent Program Manager (Tech industry)

We are looking for a Programme Manager to drive and coordinate people, talent and workforce development initiatives. You will work closely with HR, hiring managers, business leaders and cross-functional teams to improve hiring, onboarding, employee development and workforce processes.

  • Salary Package: Up to $9000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate workforce and people-related programmes, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
  • Support the standardisation and improvement of recruitment, interview and candidate assessment processes.
  • Develop and coordinate interviewer training, assessment guidelines and supporting processes.
  • Plan and implement structured onboarding and ramp-up programmes for new hires and internal transfers.
  • Support the development of competency frameworks, role expectations, skills frameworks and career pathways.
  • Coordinate capability assessments, workforce planning and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR, hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify workforce needs and implement appropriate programmes.
  • Track programme timelines, participation, risks, issues and outcomes.
  • Prepare programme documentation, presentations, communications and stakeholder updates.
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme/project management, talent management, workforce development, organisational development, HR or related areas.
  • Experience managing initiatives involving recruitment, onboarding, competency frameworks, career development, learning & development or internal mobility.
  • Strong project management, coordination and process improvement skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across HR, business and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, Technology or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in HR, talent management, organisational development or project management would be an advantage.
  • Experience supporting technology, digital or engineering teams would be beneficial.
