Talent Sourcer, ANZ
Responsibilities
- Use data, AI and talent insights to educate and influence hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies, and implement hiring plans that balance business demand with talent availability in the short and near term
- Identify and engage candidates for immediate and future talent needs across ANZ by leveraging deep understanding of talent markets, complex candidate profiles, and relationships with new talent pools and communities. Build and nurture talent pipelines with intention and take a subject matter expert approach to your market and pipeline strategy.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract differentiated talent in emerging roles and highly competitive talent pools, using market and channel insights to inform your approach.
- Consult with business and talent leaders on current and future talent needs, including skills and diversity gaps, and translate these into clear, actionable hiring and sourcing plans.
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence and compliance by accurately capturing and managing candidate data, safeguarding sensitive information, and using recruiting platforms and tools responsibly.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of talent acquisition experience including end‑to‑end talent sourcing experience OR equivalent experience.
- Proficient with a data-driven approach to recruiting, using talent insights, hiring data & competitor analysis to drive impactful hiring outcomes.
- Strong interest or prior experience in leveraging AI and technology in augmenting recruiting workflows, process improvements and/or scaling hiring programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing for complex, matrixed, or high‑growth organisations where pipeline depth is critical.
- Demonstrated success building and leveraging long‑term talent networks and communities.
- Deep understanding of ANZ’s market and recruiting landscape, with experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
