Talent Sourcer (French and English Speaker)- (m/f/d)

Position Overview

As a Talent Sourcer you will lead proactive talent acquisition for various roles, combining advanced sourcing methodologies with deep market intelligence to build high-impact talent pipelines and advise stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Candidate Identification: Translate hiring objectives into targeted sourcing strategies across internal databases, job boards, social networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), Google X-ray searches and digital communities.
• Pipeline & Talent Pool Creation: Transition from short-term application screening to building, segmenting, and maintaining dynamic talent pools for critical business lines and future skill demands.
• Passive Candidate Outreach: Initiate personalized, compelling engagement campaigns to connect with passive talent and cultivate long-term professional networks.
• Market Intelligence & Advisory: Provide valuable market and competitor insights, partnering with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to shape recruitment strategies.
• Employer Branding Collaboration: Partner with Employer Branding teams to effectively articulate the organization’s value proposition, key projects and company culture.

What You Need to Bring

• Experience as a Talent Sourcer or Sourcing Recruiter, with a strong focus on proactive candidate search and market research.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search logic, X-ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter and talent database engagement.
• Ability to analyze market trends, interpret candidate pipeline data and present insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German / French.
• Experience with ATS platforms, CRM tools
• Self-motivated, curious, highly organized and passionate about talent research and network building.
