Talent Sourcer

Candidate Sourcing:
- Research and identify potential candidates through social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and local online communities.
- Source potential candidates across Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Laos.
- Reach out to potential candidates and introduce the available opportunity in a clear and professional manner.

Screening and Registration:
- Identify and screen candidates based on the project's eligibility criteria.
- Explain the platform, participation requirements, and relevant terms to interested candidates.
- Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate their registration process with the internal team.

Network and Reporting:
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and local communities.
- Track sourcing activities, candidate responses, and successful referrals.
- Submit regular progress reports and recruitment updates to the team.

Location: Remote - Brunei, Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma), Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
