In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
- Own the full sourcing cycle - from market research and proactive headhunting to candidate engagement and screening.
- Go beyond LinkedIn - find talent through GitHub contributions, Stack Overflow, tech communities, and other unconventional channels and tools.
- Create and manage talent pipelines, maintain candidate databases, and ensure that job ads are accurate and up to date.
- Manage candidate pipelines in Lever (our ATS) — tracking not just today’s needs but also building talent pools for roles we’ll need in six months.
- Collaborate closely with the Oxylabs Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
- Use AI and various tools to be more efficient in your daily job.
Your skills & experiences:
- Proven track record of working as a recruiter or talent sourcer (preferably in tech/Saas company)
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and various platforms used to source and identify candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Creative and outside-the-box approach to sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
- Using AI in your daily job.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

- Gross salary: 1800-2400 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
