Talent Sourcer — Remote, Full-Time (any location)

One focused task: find top candidates for hard-to-fill IT roles and deliver a simple table — LinkedIn profile link + 1–2 lines on why they fit.

⚠️ No outreach. No messaging. No screening or interviews. All candidate communication is handled on our side. You source, we do the rest.

What matters:

• Non-obvious search: X-Ray, boolean, GitHub / Stack Overflow / niche communities — not just LinkedIn Recruiter
• Solid grasp of tech stacks, so you can tell a real match from a "looks similar" profile
• English good enough to read and assess profiles
• Discipline: no duplicates, no "close enough"

Volume: target of 35 accepted profiles per day across a portfolio of several open roles (with a ramp-up in month one).
What we offer:

• Base + volume bonus + quality bonus (tied to profile acceptance rate and reply rate) + bonus per hire
• Location doesn't matter — fully remote, flexible hours
• Starts with a one-day test on a real role
