You’ll own the top of our funnel: market research, search, and outreach that turn into a steady pipeline of interested candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Hunt across every channel that works — LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook communities, and job boards.
Build and run smart searches: Boolean, X-ray, and creative workarounds when the obvious search returns nothing.
Write outreach that actually gets answers — personalized, human, and tailored to each role and channel. Run and iterate follow-up sequences.
Assess how well candidates match the role profile based on their experience and correspondence.
Map the market: research talent pools, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes, and turn that into actionable insight for hiring managers.
Build and maintain talent pools and keep our ATS clean, structured, and up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong focus on active search.
Proven track record of sourcing for digital roles, especially in marketing.
Confident command of search techniques: Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, and multi-channel sourcing.
Hands-on experience with ATS systems and structured candidate data.
Excellent cold outreach skills — you know what makes a passive candidate open, read, and reply.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Nice to Have:
Experience sourcing for e-commerce, DTC, or consumer product companies.
Experience hiring for the US market or in international, multicultural teams.
