Talent Sourcer
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and key stakeholders, identifying and engaging top talent across regions and functions, and building strong pipelines for both technical and corporate roles.
This is more than filling vacancies. You will shape talent strategies, provide market insight, and build lasting relationships with high‑quality candidates who are critical to our future growth.
- Utilise targeted sourcing strategies, tools and methodologies to ensure consistent talent pipelines.
- Ability to flex approach to create, build and maintain relationships across a wide demographic of talent.
- Develop market mapping and talent intelligence insights, including competitor mapping, skills intelligence, talent availability analysis and geographic talent trends.
- Build strategic pipelines, evergreen talent communities and long-term engagement strategies for critical skill areas, moving beyond role-specific sourcing toward broader talent ecosystems.
- Explore and apply AI and sourcing technology to improve talent discovery, market intelligence, talent mapping and sourcing productivity at scale.
- Ensure data integrity of information uploaded to ATS (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
- At least 3-4 years of demonstrable experience of sourcing within: Agency/RPO/In-house recruitment environment.
- Experience sourcing across a mix of technical and corporate roles in a global or matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and methodologies, with ability to discover new talent.
- Ability to translate market data, talent insights and sourcing activity into practical recommendations for recruiters, hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
