Your new role…
The Recruiter Vetter plays a critical role in the candidate journey for Angard Staffing and Royal Mail Group. This position combines the responsibilities of attracting, screening, and vetting candidates to ensure compliance and readiness for deployment.
You will manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, guide candidates through the application process, and complete all vetting and compliance checks in line with client requirements. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll deliver an exceptional candidate experience while meeting strict service level agreements and targets.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting candidate attraction using various recruitment tools
Managing applications through the full recruitment process from screening to offer
Collecting and verifying Right to Work documentation and ID checks
Completing vetting and compliance procedures in accordance with client standards
Booking initial inductions and ensuring candidates are prepared for their start date
Liaising with Royal Mail sites to confirm induction schedules and workforce requirements
Handling candidate queries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to internal and client processes
Working towards agreed targets and SLAs to meet client requirements
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth handover to Workforce Planning teams
Who we’re looking for
Demonstrable experience in customer service or recruitment environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in process-driven, target-based settings
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
Confident, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding service
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
