The ideal candidate must be a Turkish citizen and can work remotely, at our office located in Istanbul, or in a hybrid work setup as per the project's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media, referrals and networking events
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their fit for the role and the company
• Coordinating and facilitating the hiring process, from offer negotiation to onboarding
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners
• Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to reach diverse and qualified talent pools
• Reporting and analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Required Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A proactive, creative and problem-solving mindset
• A strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools and platforms
• A passion for finding and hiring the best talent for the company
• English and Turkish - full working proficiency

Will Be a Plus:

• Good understanding of software development processes, methodologies, technology classifications and other similar staff
• Ukrainian/Russian language
