Taleo Techno Functional Consultant

As a Taleo Principal Analyst working onsite in Hyderabad, India, youll be a part of bringing humanity to business.

Role Overview -

In this role, youll lead Taleo configurations, support enterprise-wide projects, and enhance user experiences across the platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve complex issues, and deliver scalable system improvements.

Role & Responsibility:

1. Provide functional and technical expertise for new Taleo initiatives.

2. Configure the Taleo platform to enhance internal and external user experience.

3. Participate in enterprise-wide project teams to solve complex business problems.

4. Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues related to web tools and integrations.

5. Perform detailed configuration and manage code migrations between environments.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process and system improvements.

7. Oversee design, deployment, and compliance of new Taleo functionalities.

Skills & Experience:

1. 8–14 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support of Taleo applications.

2. Strong expertise in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integrations.

3. Background in corporate talent acquisition operations and strategy is a plus.

4. Solid understanding of data architecture and system integrations.

5. Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently in dynamic environments.

6. Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
