[Tampines] Warehouse Operator X 50 | Gross up to $3,000++ (Data Center Project)

Looking for a stable role in the East with structured hours, great allowances, and every Sunday off? A leading company in Tampines is hiring hands-on Warehouse Operators to join their growing team!

💰 Attractive Remuneration & Perks

• Basic Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 per month (depending on experience)
• Shift Allowances:
• Day Shift Allowance: $150/month
• Night Shift Allowance: $300/month
• Work Location: Tampines
• Rest Day: All Sundays are OFF!

⏰ Flexible & Structured Working Hours

• First 3 Months (Training Phase): Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Subsequent Months: Weekly rotating day/night shifts (12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM / 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM).

Choose the 4-day shift pattern that best suits your lifestyle:

• Team A: Monday to Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including material preparation, receiving, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Conduct inventory discrepancy reconciliation to ensure high levels of stock accuracy.
• Properly maintain and care for company-provided warehouse equipment.
• Support any other reasonable duties assigned by the management team.

✅ Requirements

• Possess min 2 years warehouse experience and with good tenure.
• Able to commit to weekly rotating day and night shifts (after the first 3 months).
• Prior experience in warehousing or 5S practices is a plus, but training will be provided!
