Tank Farm Day Technician
How You Will Achieve It :
- Perform clearing of tankfarm equipment and perform check to confirm permit to work are issued in a safe condition to carry out maintenance work.
- Responsible for all aspects of the unloading of bulk solvent tanker and loading of waste solvent tanker operations.
- Responsible for the management of the tankfarm operation, ensuring for the upkeep and the safe operation of the tankfarm boundary.
- Develop, review Structured On The Job Training (SOJT), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment (RA) for tankfarm operations as needed.
- Conduct SOJT training for newly hired tankfarm technicians.
- Assist in project commissioning and validation activities as necessary.
- Ensure proper communication and recording of operational matters during shift duties.
- Conduct investigation on any Quality deviation and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) incident that happened during shift duty and submit written incident report.
- Complete all required training by attending and completing scheduled training, such as SOP, SOJT, JSA
- Identify, troubleshoot, resolving and communicate all operating deviations and issues.
- Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
- Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions.
- Uphold Pfizer's code of conduct and values.

- Maintained plant area to regulatory audit readiness all the time
- Diploma in a technical discipline or GCE 'O/A' levels
- Fresh graduates are welcome, and up to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or petrochemical industry in tank farm
- Demonstrate ability to act decisively and independently to resolve issues
