Role Summary/Purpose :
The position will support plant-level EHS operations and ensure compliance with Taiwan regulations, ISO 45001 requirements, and corporate EHS standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of plant EHS policies, procedures, and annual action plans.
2. Conduct daily Genba walks, workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
3. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
4. Manage contractor safety and high-risk activities, including LOTO, confined-space work, forklifts, material handling, and motor-vehicle safety.
5. Maintain the ISO 45001 management system and support internal audits, external audits, regulatory reviews, and corrective-action follow-up.
6. Coordinate emergency response plans, fire-protection programs, and emergency drills.
7. Deliver EHS training for employees and contractors and maintain required certification and training records.
8. Collect and analyze EHS data, including chemical exposure, noise dosimetry, and industrial hygiene monitoring, and provide management reports and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Occupational Safety and Health, Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Taiwan Level B Occupational Safety and Health Management Technician certification（職業安全衛生管理乙級技術士）is required.
3. At least two years of hands-on EHS experience in a manufacturing or plant environment; three years or more is preferred.
4. Practical ISO 45001 experience, including system implementation, internal or external audits, and corrective-action management.
5. Ability to independently conduct inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and improvement follow-up.
6. Working English proficiency, including reading and preparing EHS procedures, audit documents, and emails, as well as participating in routine meetings and audits. A TOEIC score of 550 or above is preferred; actual proficiency will be assessed during the interview.
7. Strong communication, coordination, ownership, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
