The role of the TAR Senior Scheduler will be to provide TAR planning/scheduling services support, in accordance with the customers processes and procedures, throughout the various stages of TAR event in accordance with TCP/OCP guidelines.
It is preferred that the proposed resource has turnaround planning and offshore experience. In addition, the proposed resource should be an expert in Primavera. It is preferable that the proposed resource has scheduled an offshore turnaround from start to finish.
The proposed resource will be responsible for the delivery of all scheduling management deliverables, listed above, assurance, and monthly/weekly and daily reporting on assigned TAR event.
Objectives
The primary objective of the TAR Senior Scheduler is to:
- Safeguard bp assets through building accurate plans for the TAR event, from developed Work Packages developed by others, to allow the development of scope throughout the TAR event to be clearly identified and monitored.
- Review and analyze the schedule reports prepared by the Contractors to provide management with visibility and corrective measures to enable the TAR to proceed in accordance with the plan, and for measuring and analyzing any variations from the plan in a timely manner.
- Develop periodic and ad hoc schedule reports for the bp Stakeholders.
Deliverables
The TAR Senior Scheduler shall:
- Facilitate interactive planning meeting with the TAR team.
- Develop the TAR schedule in consultation with the TAR team and other project Stakeholders (e.g. Operation).
- Input Work Packages into the schedule.
- Link logic TAR schedule.
- Produce histograms.
- Progress the TAR schedule and forecast the completion date.
- Aid in the schedule risk analysis.
- Produce an optimized critical path resourced Level 1 (Boat Model), 2, 3, and 4 schedules for the TAR two months before the TAR.
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly TAR schedule reports.
- Assist/conduct optimization sessions, in particular Constructability Reviews with the TAR team, SRAs
