Targeted Cleaning Service Technician in Lithia Springs

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryThis role is responsible for performing commercial pressure washing services, ensuring high-quality results while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job site.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing and soft washing services on various surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, siding, roofs, concrete surfaces and commercial properties and equipment.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, hoses, and cleaning solutions
• Assess job sites and determine appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals
• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Follow all safety protocols and properly handle equipment and chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and civilians on-site
• Document completed work and report any issues or equipment needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in cleaning, sanitation, janitorial, or labor-intensive roles
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

Physical RequirementsGood physical stamina; ability to lift 50+ lbs., including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing · Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and waste materials safely

Work Environment

• Outdoor job sites include public facilities
• Exposure to odors, waste materials, and cleaning chemicals
• Fast-paced, physically demanding work environment

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly, non-exempt position
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
