Haemme kolmea tarjoilijaa Kuusamon Tropiikkiin talvikaudeksi!


Etsimämme henkilö

Etsimme reippaita ja asiakaspalveluhenkisiä tarjoilijoita työskentelemään Kuusamon Tropiikkiin Kuusamossa. Toivomme sinulta aiempaa kokemusta tarjoilutyöstä, mutta pitkää työkokemusta ei vaadita – tärkeintä on positiivinen asenne ja halu oppia. Työssä menestyminen edellyttää hyvää palveluasennetta, yhteistyökykyä sekä valmiutta työskennellä vaihtelevissa ravintolan työtehtävissä.


Työtehtävät

Työtehtäviisi kuuluvat asiakkaiden palveleminen, tilausten vastaanottaminen, buffetravintolan salityöt, pöytien siisteydestä huolehtiminen sekä muut tarjoilijan päivittäiset työtehtävät. Työskentelet osana mukavaa ravintolatiimiä, jossa hyvä asiakaspalvelu ja sujuva yhteistyö ovat tärkeässä roolissa.


Toivomme sinulta:

* Aikaisempaa kokemusta tarjoilutyöstä

* Positiivista asiakaspalveluasennetta ja halua oppia uutta

* Kykyä työskennellä itsenäisesti sekä osana tiimiä

* Reipasta ja vastuullista työotetta

* Anniskelupassi katsotaan eduksi, ei ole välttämätön

* Suomen tai englannin kielen taitoa – myös englanninkieliset hakijat ovat tervetulleita


Työsuhde

Työ alkaa sopimuksen mukaan 13. marraskuuta 2026, ja työsuhde on määräaikainen jatkuen maaliskuun 2027 loppuun saakka, eli käytännössä koko talvikauden ajan. Työtä on tarjolla 75 tuntia / 3 viikkoa. Tarjoilijan tuntipalkka on 14–16 euroa tunnissa, minkä lisäksi maksetaan työehtosopimuksen mukaiset lisät sekä 9 % lomakorvaus.


Huomioitavaa

Kuusamon Tropiikki ei järjestä majoitusta työntekijälle, mutta me WireStaff Helsingillä voidaan auttaa asunnon etsinnässä ja vuokrauksessa tarvittaessa.

Were looking for three waiters/waitresses at Kuusamon Tropiikki for the winter season!


We are looking for...

Energetic and customer-service-oriented waiters/waitresses to work at Kuusamon Tropiikki in Kuusamo. We hope you have some previous experience as a waiter/waitress, but extensive work experience isnt required—the most important things are a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. To succeed in this role, youll need a service-oriented mindset, the ability to work well with others, and a willingness to take on a variety of restaurant duties.


Job Responsibilities

Your duties will include serving customers, taking orders, working in the buffet dining area, keeping tables clean, and other daily tasks typical of a waiter/waitress. Youll be part of a friendly restaurant team where excellent customer service and smooth teamwork play a key role.


We hope you have these:

* Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress
* A positive attitude toward customer service and a willingness to learn new things
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* An energetic and responsible work ethic
* A liquor license is a plus, but not required
* Proficiency in Finnish or English—English-speaking applicants are also welcome


Employment information

The position begins on November 13, 2026, and is a fixed-term contract lasting until the end of March 2027, basically throughout the entire winter season. The position offers 75 hours of work over a three-week work period. The hourly wage for a waiter/waitress is 14–16 euros per hour, plus bonuses in accordance with the collective labour agreement and a 9% vacation pay.

Kuusamon Tropiikki does not provide housing for employees. We at WireStaff Helsinki can help with finding an apartment and with rent if necessary.
