We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and experienced individual to join our team as Security Manager. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors, and hotel assets. The Security Manager will oversee all security operations, develop and implement safety protocols, manage emergency response procedures, and foster a culture of safety and awareness throughout the property.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in security management, risk assessment, and team leadership. They will be a strong communicator, problem solver, and decision-maker who leads by example, remains calm under pressure, and responds professionally and effectively to security incidents and guest concerns.


Your Role:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Security Department and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security and safety programs to protect guests, team members, visitors, and property assets.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential security, safety, and liability risks.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, guest complaints, and security concerns, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Lead emergency response efforts and ensure preparedness through regular training, drills, and communication.
  • Maintain relationships with local law enforcement, fire departments, emergency services, and other relevant agencies.
  • Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and key control procedures.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop security team members while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and security regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, incident logs, and departmental records.
  • Promote a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging security risks, and best practices, making recommendations to improve operations.
  • Meet departmental goals and performance objectives as established by hotel leadership.
