Task Order Program Manager (Senior)
- Provide full lifecycle program management oversight, ensuring all contractual requirements, deliverables, and performance objectives are met.
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and control of task order activities across multiple functional areas.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders, including PEO/PMW leadership.
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring alignment with acquisition strategies and mission priorities.
- Oversee risk management activities, including identification, mitigation, and reporting of program risks and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring integration across engineering, logistics, financial, and operational domains.
- Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, reports, and program updates.
- Ensure compliance with DoD policies, acquisition frameworks, and contractual requirements.
- Mentor and guide program staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of managerial experience, including at least 5 years supporting acquisition or integration programs within a PEO/PMW environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex Government programs or task orders.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and briefing communication skills.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with senior Government and contractor personnel.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Secret Clearance required.
