Individual Taxation: Handle the preparation and filing of individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.

Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their tax-related inquiries and providing expert advice in a clear and concise manner.

Tax Planning: Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients and make recommendations to minimize their tax liability.

Research: Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure clients' compliance and maximize tax efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation related to client tax matters.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client service and share knowledge and best practices. Generate leads ensuring that clients become a potential lead for the Wealth Management Team

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-4 years of relevant experience in individual taxation.

Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.

Proficiency in tax software and tools.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional certifications - CA Inter passed preferred (e.g., CPA or Enrolled Agent) are a plus.
