In this role, As an Operations Manager, you'll leverage your leadership expertise to help establish the direction of daily project activities, ensuring efficient operations, and creating an overall productive and engaging working environment for your team. Strategize with teams and internal partners to develop effective intervention plans to address challenges related to clients profile , including direct involvement in activities necessary to stabilize and save at-risk client business. You will lead a team that serves as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges -- including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. Implement Strategic Goals and Partner Internally. You will have an enhanced understanding of your Business Unit's strategic goals and will work to implement and achieve them. You will function as a consultant and business partner to other groups within ADP and collaborate with peers to establish best practices. You may participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units. You may also be required to manage a team of service consultants & Account Managers who help our clients manage their businessusing our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues. To be able to thrive in this position, You are expected to be results-oriented with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally. Also required are Proven planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands.
