Tax Manager

🔎 We are hiring: Tax Manager – México 🇲🇽

We are looking for a Tax Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, reporting, and international tax for our operations in Mexico.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance for ISR, IVA, IEPS, payroll and informative returns (DIOT).

• Lead tax planning strategies, identifying optimization opportunities.

• Oversee tax accounting and reporting under Mexican GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.

• Manage transfer pricing policies and cross-border tax implications.

• Support audits (SAT) and mitigate tax risks.

• (Desirable) Lead tax technology and automation projects (OneSource, Vertex, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.).

📌 What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Law (Master’s in Tax preferred).

• +10 years of experience in tax compliance, planning and accounting (Mexican tax law focus).

• Experience in multinational companies or public accounting firms.

• Strong knowledge of Mexican GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP.

• Fluent in Spanish & English.

• Leadership, analytical and communication skills.

✨ Desirable: CPC certification & experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
