Tax Operations Analyst
You will support annual tax reporting, prepare and distribute tax forms, manage customer tax report queues, perform tax withholding calculations and reconciliations, handle tax-related inquiries, review tax implications for fintech and crypto products, maintain procedures, and support tax compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support annual tax reporting processes
- Gather and validate data
- Prepare, upload, and distribute required tax forms
- Assist with FATCA, CRS, and QI reporting obligations
- Manage the customer Tax Report queue
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal technical teams
- Support tax withholding calculations, reconciliations, adjustments, and corrections
- Handle customer tax-related inquiries and escalations
- Review tax implications of fintech and crypto-related products
- Maintain standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Support broader tax compliance initiatives
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, accounting, compliance, operations, or audit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Fluent written and verbal English
