Tax Planning Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Design and maintain the group's cross-border tax structure to support investment, financing, procurement, and service arrangements in Singapore and Southeast Asia

2. Lead analysis and implementation covering transfer pricing, permanent establishment, withholding tax, GST/VAT, tax treaties, and related-party transactions

3. Review local tax filings, calculations, and documentation, identify risks, and develop remediation and tax-efficiency measures

4. Support tax due diligence and impact assessments for new projects, contracts, and restructurings, providing recommendations to management

5. Manage Big Four and local tax advisors, coordinate with finance, legal, business, and audit teams, monitor regulatory changes, and strengthen tax controls

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification preferred

2. 5+ years of international tax experience with a Big Four firm, specialist tax practice, or multinational company, with exposure to Singapore and Southeast Asia

3. Strong knowledge of transfer pricing, permanent establishment, withholding tax, GST/VAT, tax treaties, and cross-border investment structures

4. Hands-on experience in tax solution design, implementation, filing review, risk assessment, and documentation

5. Strong Chinese and English communication and reporting skills, with the ability to collaborate with finance, legal, business teams, and external advisors
