JOB DESCRIPTION

Direct Tax and Zakat in KSA and GCC

Tax planning and computations

Indirect Tax - VAT, RETT, Excise and others in KSA and GCC

Transfer pricing rules and prepare files

Develop and implement tax reporting systems

Structure tax-efficient entities and minimize the tax impact

Compliance and advice on various facets of tax regulations, such as e-invoicing etc.

Attend to appeals and submissions

Tax audit and Health check on various facets of tax status for entities

M&A-related tax advisory and CFO support
