JOB DESCRIPTION
Trims
Monitor and improve vehicle interior and exterior trim assembly processes.
Ensure proper fitment of dashboard, seats, door trims, carpets, headliners, and related components.
Troubleshoot fitment issues, gaps, flushness, squeaks, and rattles.
Optimize operator methods, tooling, ergonomics, and assembly cycle time.
Chassis
Monitor chassis assembly operations, including suspension, axle, steering, brake, and wheel assembly.
Ensure correct bolt tightening torque and fastening quality.
Verify component alignment, fitment, and assembly sequence.
Troubleshoot assembly defects and coordinate corrective actions with Quality and Maintenance teams.
Final Assembly
Monitor vehicle assembly processes and ensure compliance with work instructions.
Coordinate installation and verification of major vehicle components.
Support functional checks and resolve assembly-related defects.
